1. Why are the air fares shown in your website different from what you quoted?

We show the lowest available fare but as with all air fares, it is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Once the seats are sold out at that fare level, the airline will offer the next higher level fare, until the flight is sold out completely.

We offer our customers what is available at the given time when we check the availability.

2. I only want the fare you shown in your website and not higher ones.

Just tick the No under the “Fare Option “, we will not offer you any other fare except the one you requested.

Should it is unavailable; we will politely inform you so.

3. Ok, when I emailed my enquiry, how soon do I get the reply on availability etc?

You will receive our reply within the same business day.

4. How soon must I purchase the ticket if I like what you have offered?

You need to first email us your full names – Family Name / Given Name for us to make the reservation. Once reservation is confirmed, we will email you the latest date for you to purchase the ticket.

5. What if I decide not to purchase the ticket after sending you the names for bookings?

There is no obligation or penalty should you decide not to purchase the tickets. Once the deadline lapses, the reservation will be auto-released from the system

6. After buying the tickets, what if I need to cancel them or make changes to the dates or routings?

Almost all tickets are non-refundable, date and routing cannot be changed.

If you need a flexible condition ticket, do let us know before you make the purchase. Normally, the flexible ticket fares are much higher than restrictive condition tickets.

As such, once you received your tickets from us, please check carefully to ensure that the dates and names are correct.

7. Free & Easy Packages offered in your website, what are they inclusive of?

Our F&E packages will include Air fares, Accommodation (Twin sharing basis) and breakfasts.

Airport taxes including fuel surcharge are not included.

Airport Transfers are also not included.

When we email you our offer, we will itemize what are included in our package offer.

8. Why is the package price shown in your website different from what you quoted?

The air fare component in the package is based on lowest available fares and thus subject to seat availability at these fares. Airport taxes are not included.

Thus, when the lowest fare is unavailable, we use the higher available air fares for the air ticket costing; therefore, the package price differs from what we stated in our website.

We shall endeavor to give the lowest possible price.

9. Why is the package price Not valid for May Holidays, October Holidays, Christmas & Lunar New Year holidays?

These are super peak travel seasons and flights are always fully booked or at much more expensive fares.

We will be happy to calculate a package for you basing on these peak season costs.

10. How soon must I purchase the package if I like what you have offered?

13. What are the Orange, Green and Red Buttons in the rate box in the Hotel page?

Green indicates that we have available rooms for immediate confirmation.

Orange indicates that our own room allotments are sold out but it does not mean that the rooms in the hotel are also sold out. Thus, we will request to the hotel for more rooms.

Red indicates that the hotel is fully booked.

14. Once I have made the room booking, how long will I get my confirmation and when must I pay?

Usually if booked under our own room allotment ( Green button), you will receive the confirmation in the same working day.

However, if under the Orange button, you at times need to work for the next working day for the hotel confirmation.

Once your booking is available, we will email you payment options and instructions with latest date to pay up.

15. What are the cancellation and refund penalty, if any?

It is subject to the cancellation and refund policies imposed by the respective hotel on the concerned booking.

It may vary from hotel to hotel.

16. What is the term Pre Pay and Pay on Check out?

Prepay meaning you need to pay the room charges to us on confirmation of your booking and not at the hotel.

Pay on Check out means your rooms are booked and confirmed and guaranteed arrival with your credit card. You pay your room charges at your hotel, usually at the end of your stay.

17. What are your payment options?

Bank Transfer to our nominated bank account in China.

Credit Card Payment, you can make online payment with your credit card, however, we need to add 4% card administrative charge.

Cash payment to our courier upon delivery if your locations are in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou.

Cash payment to our offices in Shanghai, Beijing, ChengDu and Guangzhou.

Payment online by Local bank card ( Union Pay).

Payment by credit card via the POS ( Credit Card Swipe ) Machine.

18. What about Fa Piao (Tax invoices)?

Yes, we issue Fa Piao for all your purchases.
