The lobby is very large and is a harmonious blend of traditional oriental splendour and western contemporary elegance. Adorning the hotel's palatial lobby are 2 priceless works of art. Equally awe-inspiring is a 70-foot mural depicting the 87 Taoist immortals.

Wall-to-wall carpeting, beautifully upholstered furniture, soothing colour, the latest technological facilities and round-the-clock room service make for a stay truly pleasurable.

These are large and all are redecorated and refurbished in 2003. They are in good condition and decor is simple but elegant. Furniture is mainly black and white and gives a corporate feel. The bathroom uses similar colour theme with black marble vanity top and white basins.

DINING - CHATTERBOX (Levels 38/39, Grand Tower)

An iconic coffee house renowned for its Asian local delights and Western colonial favourites, Chatterbox was established in 1971 and was the first coffee house in Singapore to feature local hawker fare.

Hainanese chicken rice, one of the favourite local hawker dishes, was served on its menu and the dish soon grew in popularity among locals and foreigners to become the famous Mandarin Chicken Rice.

From the breed of chicken and its rearing method, type of rice grain and sauce ingredients down to preparation and cooking details, Chatterbox has devoted vigilant efforts in rigorous research to distinguish our Mandarin Chicken Rice from others.

Relish exquisite Cantonese cuisine at Pine Court Chinese Restaurant, helmed by award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Yang Lai Fatt.With its refreshing interpretation of traditional recipes, Pine Court injects a modern twist into authentic Cantonese dishes. Classic signatures include the Peking Duck with Spinach Crepes, Baked Champagne-glazed Rib with Lily Bud and Fried Rice with Fish Roe and Crab Meat.
