All rooms are newly renovated in 2003 and in exceptional condition.They are all modern decorated with wonderful views, some are normal size but they do vary a lot. All bathrooms are with shower and in very good condition as well.

Right below the complex is the City Hall MRT station which offers excellent connections to all of Singapore. Within walking distance are many of Singapore's colonial heritage buildings including the National Museum, Arts Museum, Asian Civilisations Museum, the Padang and the Singapore River.

The Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall's strategic location within the arts and civic district of Singapore allows you sheer convenience. Singapore's shopping hub, Orchard Road, Suntec City and Singapore's business area, Shenton Way, are just mere minutes away from the hotel, not forgetting The Esplanade where the pulsating action of Singapore's arts and culture takes place.

Changi International Airport is only 20 minutes by taxi, and the nearby City Hall MRT station is a few minutes' walk. There are also shuttle services to all major shopping areas, so you will find it easy to move around.

Sitting on the corner of Coleman Street and Hill Street, Grand Plaza Park is approximately 25 minutes taxi ride away from the Singapore Changi International Airport. Using the Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) from the airport, taking the East-West line, is approximately 40 minutes to arrive at City Hall MRT Station. Fron the Malayan Railway Station, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the hotel by taxi. For those travelling by car from Malaysia, using the 2nd Link Causeway, travelling via Ayer Rajah Expressway city-bound, exit at Merchant Road, turn left to Hill Street, will take approximately 45 minutes.
