A DEDICATED EVENTS SERVICES TEAM
In keeping with current trends, we have recently launched a dedicated Events Services Team, headed by Director of Events Services, Priscilla Grace Lew, who will be leading the division to greater heights, tapping into the potentiality of more association and corporate tradeshows, custom-designed meetings and international conferences, special events and incentive programmes.
With the recent introduction of a dedicated Events Concierge to assist meeting planners with meetings set-up, audio-visual set-up and operational set-up requirements, other value-added services include transportation arrangements, meal reservations, city tours, meal requirements, and even supporting meeting planners with courier services arrangements. Meeting planners need not look any further for a one-stop solution for all meeting needs. The Events Concierge will be the main liason between meeting planners and the Front Office, Business Centre, Catering and Banquet Operations divisions.
WATERFRONT CONFERENCE CENTRE
Since its launch in August 2003, the Waterfront Conference Centre had seen, not only a growing demand in corporate meetings but an increase in international meetings, which will be held here in 2005 and 2006.
