Jerejak Island or Pulau Jerejak, as it is locally known, is an islet located off the island of Penang, Malaysia. A virtually undisturbed island graced with the rich diversity of 362ha of over 210 species of flora and fauna. Towering tropical trees, lingering lianas and exotic orchids prove to be shelters to some of the most remarkable living creatures, such as the Monitor Lizard and the White-Bellied Sea Eagle. Pulau Jerejak has a unique flora and fauna and is home to a certain species of the sea eagle which has chosen to roost on the island.

The island also boasts of an ancient emerald environment, older than the equatorial forests of the Amazon, thus producing a marvelous ecosystem that is both inspiring and engaging. Equally intriguing is the island's history as a penal colony - a mystical touch to the surrounding pristine nature.

The Superior Chalet comes with 1 bedroom and a living area. The bedroom comes with either 1 king size bed or 2 single beds. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 1 extra bed. The living area comes with a tea table, a minibar and a TV. The chalet is equipped with individually controlled Air-Conditioned, IDD in room phone, safe deposit box, personalized in room check in, TV , VCD/CD player, hairdryer and with timber flooring. The open-air spa located at the highest point of the Spa Village offers revitalizing massages with panoramic views. These chalets comfortably accommodates 3 adults.

Executive Chalets

The Executive Chalet comes with 2 bedroom and a living area. The master bedroom comes with 1 king size bed and the guest room comes with 2 single beds. One extra bed is allowed into the living room. The living area comes with a tea table, a minibar and a TV. The chalet is equipped with individually controlled Air-Conditioned, IDD in room phone, safe deposit box, personalized in room check in, TV , VCD/CD player, hairdryer and with timber flooring. The open-air spa located at the highest point of the Spa Village offers revitalizing massages with panoramic views. These chalets comfortably accommodates 5 adults.

Jerejak Resort & Spa offers solutions to your meeting and conference needs. Our fully equipped banquet and conference halls are able to accommodate a maximum of 550 people at any one time.

Our convention facilities range from a column-less banquet hall to special function rooms. An undisturbed tropical forest setting... totally conducive for productive meetings. And at day's end relaxation par excellence.

Team building activities include "high" and "low" elements ranging from flying fox and abseiling to doing the balancing walk and wall climbing.

Location

Drive time from Penang International Airport to Jerejak Ferry Terminal is approximately 20 minutes. Then take a 10 minute ferry trip to the Jerejak Resort & Spa. Ferries operate from 06.30 to 22.30 hours. Ferry times are subject to weather conditions and short notice changes or cancellations.
