TOILENA ROOM & BOARD is a small hotel located at the midpoint of Malate, Ermita and Paco Area. Initially intended to be a dormitel, it was transformed into a small hotel based on increased customer inquiry on daily and transient rates.

After finishing its renovation last April, 2008, it currently has newly furnished spacious and air conditioned De Luxe and Executive Rooms. Plans are also on the way to double its capacity sometime soon to accommodate its loyal guests and friends. Quietly sitted on a 600 sqm property behind a filling station, it has become an unspoken secret among foreign and local budget travelers who demand value for money without compromising cleanliness, safety, affordability, accessibility and good service.

Toilena Room & Board is located along San Marcelino St. near the intersection of Apacible St. A few steps from the historical Paco Park and a block or two from Taft Avenue, U.N. Avenue, Pedro Gil St. and Padre Faura St. where the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the famous Robinson’s Place Malate, Casino Filipino and the sleepless Malate nightlife are.

A relax 15 minute stroll or a 5 minute ride from Toilena would lead you to Manila’s most historical and significant places like the Rizal (Luneta) Park, United States Embassy, Roxas Boulevard, Fort Intramuros and Golf Course, Fort Bonifacio and Manila Ocean Park.
