All our rooms are set in villas facing the sea or in the waters of the ocean. They have been especially designed to blend harmoniously into their surroundings.

Beach Villa

Our 45 Beach Villas offer panoramic views of the ocean. Their tasteful interiors feature strong colours, noble timber floors and traditional Maldivian thatched roofs. The Beach Villas have a connecting lounge area and an open verandah.

Duplex Beach Villa

Beautifully structured with two levels, all our 7 Duplex Beach Villas are right on the ocean front. High ceilings covered with Maldivian thatched roofs allow a smooth flow of cooling sea breezes. On the ground floor a comfortable lounge area invites you to make yourself at home while allowing your eyes to feast on the view of the ice-blue waters. At the upper level, a bedroom with attached bathroom and a timber decked balcony promise tranquil luxury.

Ocean Villa

Our 46 Ocean Villas could fool you into thinking you are on a yacht, spacious and luxurious as they are, and built completely over the sea. Dangle your feet in the deep blue sea as you admire nature’s own aquarium below you. Let the naturally air-cooled winds soothe you as you train your sights on the horizon and the adjoining islands. Snooze off in the bedroom on the upper level. Soak in a hot tub in the open-plan bathroom or the jacuzzi on the verandah.

Cinnamon Suite

Far from the madding crowd. Set amidst lush tropical vegetation. With its own private plunge pool. Not just for Heads of Government. The Cinnamon Suite is the preferred luxury getaway for the rich and the famous. The entire villa is reminiscent of a village structure with thatched roofs and wide terraces overlooking the ocean. A large living room and dining room with lovely timber flooring are perfect for family meals and get-togethers. Both of the bedrooms have an attached toilet with a very spacious open plan bathroom, shower and jacuzzi.

Restaurant and Bar

Located in the heart of the island under the shade of coconut trees Cinnamon Island offers a sumptuous array of dining options for varied taste buds. Sample the tastes of Sri Lanka without leaving the hotel. From coastal treats to ambrosial cocktails, Cinnamon Island has an extensive list of culinary delights that are prepared ingeniously by our master chef and his team. Our menu even caters to the health-conscious by offering nutritious meals and low-carb snacks. And, if you prefer a lighter meal you could order from a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and of course tempting desserts.

Bliss Bar

Located by the poolside, Bliss Bar serves breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean with a wide selection of snacks and the finest cocktails and mocktails.

The Village

This beautifully designed open air restaurant is located in the heart of the island in the shade of swaying coconut trees and large banyan trees. The Village offers a vast array of dining options including themed dining pavilions.

Decks Juice Bar

Swim to this amphitheatre-shaped pool bar to whip up an appetite for smoothies, vegetable drinks and juices freshly squeezed just for you.

Waves

Located adjacent to the Bilss Bar, overlooking the sea ‘WAVES’ awaits its guests daily, with the freshest catch prepared in various ways and to perfection. With a choice of Asian or Continental, grilled, steamed, poached or barbequed is at the discretion of the guest, a twist of fusion will add all the excitement to a truly amazing dining experience.

For Lunch, the restaurant will be converted into an al fresco marché restaurant with a wide selection of fresh salads, vegetables, and grill items prepared, tossed or barbequed a la carte mouth watering dishes to your liking.

Blends

Blends, our tea lounge, offers guests the legendary Cinnamon Tea Collection, prepared in style and served with ceremony. For a lovely, lazy, delicious afternoon, pop into the library nearby and pick up a novel to read as you indulge yourself with the high tea.

Swimming Pool

Can you imagine being on an island and not swimming? We can’t either. So, for those who do not like swimming in the sea, or are not confident enough to do so, we have a large, freshwater swimming pool.

Overlooking the magnificent ocean and the Duplex Ocean Villas, our uniquely designed swimming pool abuts the Waves restaurant and the Bliss Bar. Grab your swimsuit and jump right in. Or order a drink from the Decks Juice Bar nearby, and catch up on your reading or sunbathing.

Barbecue nights by the poolside can be arranged on request.

Business Facility

Away on an island surrounded by the ocean doesn’t mean you need to be out of touch with your office or your family. Our computer facilities and Internet access keep you connected, while every kind of secretarial assistance, from photocopying to typing and faxing is provided on request at a cost.

How about a game of beach volleyball? Or a friendly tennis or cricket match? Or some calorie burning badminton or table tennis? Or, if you prefer, a work out session in our very own gym.
