The balance of these three grand Ayurvedic life principles is achieved in significant measure through diet. All dishes served at Meedhupparu Ayurveda Restaurant are classified in terms of the vatha, pitha and kapha attributes and carefully marked so that each guest may choose dishes appropriate to his or her constitution.

Naturally the island is perfect with an excellent beach surrounding it, and a large lagoon area, which is ideal for water sports. It is in close proximity to excellent diving areas hitherto unexplored. At the moment this is the only resort in this atoll and for divers they get to visit a lot of untouched, completely new dive sites.

The island has a white beach all round the island and again a few meters from it is the reef filled with color full corals and fishes. The not too big shallow lagoon also is vital for the water sports lovers. In every way the island has the naturally perfect and it would feel the same while you are on the island.

Night fishing

Night fishing is the most popular excursion in Maldives . Enjoy the beautiful sunset while dropping a hand line near a reef or an ideal fishing spot. Garuppas, Snappers, Squirrelfish, Skipjacks or Barracudas might be part of your catch!

Baitfish, weight, lines and hooks are all provided and our friendly boat crews will assist to make your night fishing experience a truly special one. Your catch of the night will be served at your request in the restaurant the next day during dinner. (There is a maximum limit of two fish per person).
