The hotel is ideal for all travellers on a tight budget due to its location and public areas which are full of character.
  • The rooms are small on average and simply decorated using light colours and simple furniture. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in fair condition.
  • Adjoining the lobby is a sizeable bar which leads through to the restaurant which is rather plain, but light and attractively decorated with light wooden furniture.
  • The exterior is typical of other 1950s town buildings in predominantly red brick with a few subtle Art Deco touches.
  • The lobby is medium-sized and attractive, there are more Art Deco touches here and the colour scheme is typical of a building a couple of decades older than this, with a predominance of browns, creams, and gold.
