Hotel Introduction
This is a highly recommended hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, a hidden gem part of the small luxury hotels of the world
  • All the medium sized rooms are in excellent condition. They are designed with an emphasis on refined elegance. All are individually designed and the fabrics for many of the rooms were chosen from the Ralph Lauren collection, and each has its special charm and character. The beautiful marble bathrooms are medium in size.
  • The Capital Restaurant, serving gourmet French cuisine, has an enviable reputation for excellence. It is currently the only London restaurant situated within a hotel to hold two coveted Michelin Stars. The Capital Restaurant has been voted Best Hotel for Food in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller in their 2006 Gold List. The bar serves light meals all day and traditional afternoon tea is served in the sitting room.
  • This is a traditional building in keeping with the surrounding area.
  • The lobby is medium in size and very elegantly furnished.

The Capital Hotel is right in the heart of Knightsbridge and within walking distance of Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Street, Hyde Park and The Royal Albert Hall which is one of the most recognizable buildings in London. The Royal Albert hall is probably most famous for holding the annual proms since 1941 Only 10 minutes walking from the hotel is the natural history museum, the science museum and the Victoria & Albert museum.
