Concorde Ballroom
Located on the lobby level, Concorde Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 delegates in a classroom configuration. Concorde V seats 70 persons. The ballroom is equipped with a permanent stage feature and it is retractable for a dance floor space.

For any dinner events such as weddings and annual dinners, the ballroom can accommodate up to 770 persons.

Linking the Concorde Ballroom and the adjacent Concorde V is a foyer which functions as a pre-function or cocktail venue. The Concorde V is large enough to host a good-sized seminar of 180 persons.

Gallery Rooms
On the first level, seven purpose-built galleries allow for classroom capacities ranging from 21 to 40 persons. The galleries are stylishly designed with soothing colours providing a feeling of warmth and spaciousness. There are also dedicated built-in audio visual and corridor space.

Patio/Studio Rooms
Located on the second floor are three patio rooms and three smaller break-up rooms – Studio rooms. Patio 1 has a permanent boardroom meeting, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 persons. Patio 2 and 3 provide comfortable meeting or seminar for 30 persons. Each Patio room overlooks the Petronas Twin Towers, and opens up to a side entrance allowing participants to stretch and relax after a long seminar.

Studio rooms 1 to 3 serve as user-friendly discussion or interview rooms. Each studio can accommodate up to 12 to 24 persons in a classroom arrangement.

For coffee breaks and snacks, meals are nicely arranged at the spacious Patio foyer.

From South
Via North-South Expressway (PLUS)

From Seremban, drive towards Kuala Lumpur city centre via the North-South Expressway which will take you the Sungei Besi toll plaza. Keep driving straight heading the city centre direction, taking you the long stretch of Jalan Tun Razak.

Keep left when approaching the main traffic lights at the Jalan Ampang/Jalan Tun Razak intersection. Landmark on the left – Lembaga Tabung Haji building. Make a left turn and you are now on Jalan Ampang. Follow the Jalan Ampang stretch, passing Suria KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers and as you approach the Malaysia Tourism Centre (MTC), slowly keep to the left lane. At the Jalan Sultan Ismail/Jalan Ampang traffic lights, make a left turn and you will immediately see the Concorde building on the left.

From North
Via New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE)
From Ipoh, using the New Klang Valley Expressway, drive and exit at the Jalan Duta toll plaza. Look out for Jalan Kuching direction sign and this will take you pass Jalan Duta and lead to Jalan Kuching.

Turn left towards Jalan Sultan Ismail road. Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be on your left.
