5 Island Bar Narima's 5 Island Bar is located on the beach under the shade of a large tree. It is named after Ko Haa, which means 'Five Islands' in Thai and can be seen on the horizon from the bar. The Bar is constructed in the same natural style as the rest of the resort, and has several hammocks struck up amongst the branches of the trees.   During the day, the bar is a cool and shady place to relax, read a book or enjoy a long cool drink. Light meals and snacks are served all day and you can order your evening meal to be served in the relaxed setting of the bar. Sunsets are truly spectacular every evening as the sun melts over the horizon behind Ko Haa. The music varies from old Ella FitzGerald Jazz classics to laid back modern beach salsa. We have a live fireshow on the beach almost every night. It's amazing to watch this daring spectacle. If you want to try your hand at this captivating pastime, you can practise twirling unlit puoys during the day, on the beach.

Swimming Pool & Whirlpool Tub

Our terraced swimming pool is on three levels, with sundecksoverlooking the beach. On the highest level we have a jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a large seat and great views of the ocean and beach. The main pool gently slopes to a maximum depth of 1.8m. The child pool is at a lower level just off the beach. The pools are filled with sweet, fresh, water from Lanta's mountain springs, which is filtered by Narima's own water filtration system, and then gently chlorinated. The large main pool has an infinity view out to sea and onto the horizon. There is a wide step the length of the pool, which is perfect for reading a book on. Thai Massage

Narima's professionally trained masseuse offers traditional Thai massage or Spa (oil) massage. A traditional Thai massage lasts one hour and can be given wherever you desire - on the beach, in our massage room, or in the comfort of your own bungalow. Thai massage concentrates on your body's pressure points to release tension. Spa massages also last one hour and are conducted in our dedicated massage room. We use the very best essential oils made from 100% natural ingredients to relax, invigorate or soothe fatigued muscles.

Nestling in a quiet corner of the Narima Resort, Narima Diving offers you a relaxed and safe environment from which to dive. We offer the full range of PADI Scuba Diving courses, using the latest multi-media learning resources. You'll receive expert supervision and guidance from our team of PADI professionals. You can expect a relaxed and personal service both above and below the water.

We are an approved Mares Dive Centre and all our equipment is of the highest standard.Narima's experienced dive team has a wealth of local underwater knowledge built up through thousands of dives in this area. Location

From Krabi International Airport (all year round):

Krabi International Airport is the closest airport to Ko Lanta. There are several flights a day between Bangkok and Krabi. Transport can be arranged direct to Narima from Krabi airport all year round.
Journey time to Narima is 2 hours, which includes 2 car-ferry crossings.

By Ferry (high season only):

Ferries serve Ko Lanta from Krabi, Ko Phi Phi and Phuket and leave several times per day. Please note that the Ferries to Lanta only run during high season - from mid-October to early May.

Ferry tickets are available locally, either from the pier or local booking agents or at the resort.

By Road

Ko Lanta is accessible by road from Krabi, Phuket or Trang via two car ferries. Minibuses run trips several times per day or you can book a private taxi. Transport can be arranged direct to Narima from Krabi, Phuket or Trang all year round. Journey time to Narima is approximately 2 - 3hours from Krabi and Trang, or 4-5 hours from Phuket.
