Spa
Nestled in a coconut grove, five luxurious salas offer total privacy for individuals or couples with spacious indoor and outdoor treatments.
The Spa treatments and services are based on a fusion of techniques from the Thai, Yogic and other Asian cultures using mother earth and the island as sources of inspiration.
The Spa rituals include the internal as well as external use of Thai herbal tonics and organic teas from the island. Educational workshops and cleansing detoxification programs incorporate Thai herbal traditions concentrating on the body’s energy.
Massages, body scrubs and wraps, herbal steams, baths, head massages, foot and hand treatments as well as facials are offered in harmony with island traditions. The beauty salon offers hair services, manicures, pedicures and waxing treatments.
The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui offers a delicate balance of refreshment for mind, body and beauty. Centuries-old healing techniques, summoning the secrets of herbal and holistic remedies, are deeply rooted in Thailand’s rich spa heritage. Further calmed by the gentle sights and sounds of the jungle, guests of the Spa can retreat from hectic urban life into the authentic peace of Samui.
Individual treatment rooms are housed in five salas, or covered verandas, each with two indoor and two outdoor massage beds, two outdoor showers and an outdoor bathtub, along with a steam sauna or an indoor rain shower. A separate treatment sala is prepared for facials, waxing and other options, while the salon can provide finishing touches for special occasions. Afterwards, sip a tropical juice and savour the feeling of serenity in the Spa's relaxation sala.
To experience the Spa's massage services, guests must be at least 18 years of age; for facial services, 16 years; and for the sauna/steam facilities, 14 years.
Yoga pavilion
A freestanding Yoga Pavilion opposite the Spa entrance is available from sunrise to sunset for private instruction or individual yoga sessions. Mats, towels and water are provided.
Tennis
Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui offers two floodlit hard Tennis courts A professional trainer is on hand to help guests improve their play. Rackets are available on a complimentary basis.
Health Club
Four Seasons Resort in Ko Samui is located at a peaceful location on the north western tip of the Ko Samui Island. Fitness and Recreation at Four Seasons Resort and Spa in Ko Samui is a great attraction for the fun loving and adventurous tourists exploring the island.
Equipped with the latest strength and cardiovascular equipment with personal television and headphones, the Health Club is located in its own pavilion with tree top views over the Gulf. Air-conditioned space is complemented by an outdoor training/stretching deck.
Located near the crest of the hillside it has its own Health Club that overlooks the Gulf of Siam. The surrounding provides it an ideal setting for the joggers to warm up in the outdoor and then exercise their muscles in the techno gym equipped with all the standard cardio vascular training equipment. The access to the gym is complimentary for the guests who enjoy personal televisions and headphones during their exercise. No one below 12 is allowed to avail this facility which is opened from 6.00 am in the morning till 9.00pm at night. The guests are offered a complimentary juice during their exercise and it is closely monitored and supervised by trained personnel.

Pool
Amidst swaying coconut trees by the white-sand beach, the pool's infinity edges blend seamlessly with the turquoise water of the private bay. Sip a refreshing drink or enjoy lunch by the pool, then explore a myriad of beach activities for the whole family. Thoughtful Four Seasons attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and Evian water spritz at poolside or on the beach, while lifeguards patrol both areas.
Library – Below the lobby area the Library is a quiet retreat where guests can lounge away the afternoon with a collection of contemporary books and magazines including guidebooks about Koh Samui and Thai culture. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Next to the Library is the Resort’s boutique, offering a wide range of fashion and beachwear, accessories, jewellery, gifts and souvenirs.
Kids for all seasons - Located below the Health Club, the children’s club keeps the Resort’s youngest guests entertained throughout the stay with an action-packed programme featuring beach and outdoor activities, creative crafts and games that are fun and educational. From baking with the Chef to swimming lessons in the pool, children will have their own vacation experience without adult disruption. Children’s menus are available in all restaurants. Kids for All Seasons is a dedicated facility for our younger guests ages 2 to 12 years. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
