Room and Accommodation

As a boutique resort ATLANTIS comprises of THIRTY-SIX deluxe rooms/suites. Four DELUXE SEA VIEW ROOMS are located directly on the beachfront, allowing a commanding view over our naturally harboured area of the South China Sea. Twenty Four DELUXE ROOMS surround the stunning swimming pool area (of which eight can be combined to form four family suites, utilizing their adjoining doors). Nestled in the tropical garden area are a further four DELUXE ROOMS together with an additional “HONEYMOON HUT”. One DELUXE FAMILY SUITE and two further DELUXE ROOMS are located between the pool-bar area and the tropical garden.

The Dive Shop

The ATLANTIS dive shop offers a full range of modern rental equipment from simple snorkelling up to advance specialty SCUBA courses. You can benefit from choosing single dives or multiple ‘un-limited’ dive packages (spread over several days). Our dive boats safely transport you in comfort and speed to most of the planned dive sites like Apo Island (20 minutes!) in less than 30 minutes. We can also arrange our boats for multiple dive day trips and Island safaris. Our dive gear is first class, renewed regularly and impeccably maintained by our ‘in-house’ qualified technicians. Tanks are filled by Bauer's latest high output compressor with a filtration system that enables us to confidently guarantee super clean air.

Restaurant

Toko's Restaurant

Toko’s Restaurant can be found within the resort complex, directly on the golden sand beach of Lipaya and has a commanding view over Dauin’s natural harbour. You can choose to dine on the patio terrace area or within the slightly elevated native ‘Palapa’ structured bar area. Alternatively, your meal may be served around the pool area or at the pool bar.

During sunrise and sunset views from Toko’s restaurant are absolutely stunning, the sea is at its calmest and meals can be consumed in a totally relaxed environment. Listening to pleasant background music combined with the soothing sounds of the soft waves brushing on the sand beach, just adds to making your dining experience one to truly remember.

The restaurant offers a complete range of International cuisine, with full a-la-carte menu or choices of meal packages from Bed and Breakfast to Full Board. Toko’s is fast becoming famous for its Beach B-B-Q cookouts, where we have been known to spit roast the odd entire ‘lechon’ (pig), along with fish, beef and other mouth watering accompanying salads, side dishes and breads.

If this all sounds too much for you, you could of course; just sit at the bar, have a beer or two or three, some ‘pika-pika’ (snacks) and simply ‘take-in’ the pleasant warm atmosphere.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is centrally located and blends in beautifully with all its surroundings thus creating a natural setting with a tropical ambience. The pool lounging area allow you to sit or lay and relax to the calming sounds of the pools waterfall. The crystal clear water is chlorine free and constantly filtered and treated by the same system used to electronically purify drinking water. The modern pool was specifically designed for non-swimmers, swimmers and Scuba diver training in mind.

Conference Room

Our fully air-conditioned Conference Room comfortably caters for up to 50 people and is equipped with the latest computer compatible overhead projection system. This ensures state of the art ‘PowerPoint’ (or similar) presentations. All-in-all, an unbelievable location, incomparable with the normal “cold hotel” atmosphere for conducting seminars or presentations. We challenge you to find a better venue in the surrounding area, equally suited for impressive business meetings, staff motivation days, or team building.

Tropical Garden

Nature is very important to us at ATLANTIS the garden is a definite highlight of the resort. It was planned with continual growth in mind and it is therefore constantly changing. Many rare and indigenous species of plants, trees, lotus, fish ponds, and exotic birds can be found, whilst strolling through the resort. Meticulously maintained by full-time gardeners and constantly overseen by the owners. If you love nature, you'll love our resort.

Pool Bar

Situated at one end of the pool is the convenient ‘pool bar’ where you are able to sit and relax while enjoying your favourite drink, chat about dive experiences, or simply catch up on the latest sporting events on cable TV.

ATLANTIS has a heavy duty imported ‘multi-gym’ equipped to exercise and tone nearly every muscle in your body, if this isn’t enough; try adding our compliment of 20 quality ‘free-lifting’ sets of dumbbells to really stretch your ‘workout’.

Location

ATLANTIS is located on a beautiful 1.5 kilometre stretch of uninterrupted golden sand. The area hosts only but a handful of resorts, of which ATLANTIS is in a distinctive world class of its own. The immediate vicinity is perfectly suited for diving, and endless other water sporting activities. On exciting excursions with jungle trips, cave climbing, hiking to the mountain lakes, hill walking to the waterfalls and hot springs you will get to know the diversity of the amazing island of Negros. Alternatively, Atlantis is equally suited for romantics and people who just want to relax. From Manila

A quick 50 minute direct Island hop flight (try to catch a window seat to view the beautiful Islands) and a short 20 minute mini-bus ride.

From Cebu or Mactan Island - Airplane Private Transfer

Get your holiday off to a flying start! You can cut out waiting and ferry travel time by chartering your own private plane from Cebu to Dumaguete! Enjoy magnificent views of Cebu and Negros followed by a 20 minute minibus transfer to Atlantis. You will be sipping a refreshing cold drink on our beach front terrace in next to no time!

And it’s not as expensive as you might think, one way for up to 5 people (or maximum weight 500kg). Flights must be made well within daylight hour.

From Cebu City or Mactan Island - Ferry Public Transfer

The fast ferry from Cebu City to Dumaguete takes only 3 hours and after a 15 minute mini-bus ride we’ll be welcoming you to Atlantis!
