Chiang Mai Bupa’s aim is to establish full-scale services of room accommodation, dining, and health care for all visitors to Chiang Mai. We, hence, are pleased to offer our accommodations from a budget Bupa Terrace hostel to a Bupatara boutique hotel.

Bupatara Hotel is situated in the old city, where guests can easily visit temples and in-town sightseeing. It is located behind the Chiang Mai Gate Fresh Market, a few-minute walking time to Chiang Mai Gate Moat. Importantly, with its convenient location between Saturday walking street on Wualai Road and Sunday walking street on Prapokklao Road, it takes not over 3-minute walking from the hotel to there.

The place has been transformed from an apartment into a boutique guesthouse. To make the place look comfortable, cozy, and warm, the place was left 50% for open area which was partly built as a pool with sun-bathing facilities around pool deck and a tropical garden with waterfall. To make sure guests accessible at all time, our internet room with 4 PC computers are available for use up to midnight. Parking lots might contain some limitation if a number of guests are coming with cars but the area around can be parked with safe.

The guesthouse has mainly classified into 2 room types: Deluxe and Superior. Rooms can serve up to 3 persons. Junior suite can service from 4-8 persons. Each room is well decorated with pictures and cravings and is facilitated with bed and mattress, linen, air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi internet, warm shower, towels, etc.

Due to taller than any other surrounding houses around, its magnificent panoramic scenery was generally a good place for seeing royal ceremony, especially fireworks in New Year Celebration, Songkran Festival,etc.
