It used to be known as La Guardia Hotel and was much smaller. 2 function rooms are available, each able to accommodate up to 50 people, while gatherings for up to 250 people can be held in the Grand Ballroom. In addition to a restaurant, an internet cafe is also located on the premises wherein guests can surf the web for about PHP 20 (approximately USD 0.50) per hour.

The restaurant is open from 06:00 to 22:00. Breakfast is inclusive in the rates and is served from 06:15 to 09:00.
