The building with guest rooms have 3 storeys.Costabella New building is considered as Superior First class resort offered variety of facilities for sport and recreational activities, snorkeling, wind surfing, diving, beach volleyball, tennis court, table tennis and spa. There is one shop selling sport gear. This resort also has conference facilities.
